My emphasis is on helping you develop awareness of yourself by teaching you to tune into your own inner wisdom. This allows you to develop the trust and confidence in yourself and in your abilities to resolve your difficulties on your own. When we look at your past it’s always with the purpose of helping you make better sense of the present. My approach is holistic and combines various techniques to address the needs of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. These techniques include: cognitive behaviour therapy, body centered psychotherapy, breathwork, EMDR, relaxation and meditation.
