the four seasons of whistler - in a parade
The Great Whistler Parade is a celebration of all that Whistler represents, and will involve the community from initial creation, to setup, to participation on the big day! It will showcase our community’s imagination, talents and natural environment.
The theme of the parade will be the four seasons, with each season described by weather, wildlife and lifestyle. This includes the animals that call Whistler home, the forest and mountain ranges, the ever changing weather, the diverse sports and the lifestyle of the people in the valley.
The village stroll will come alive as the Great Whistler Parade makes its way to skiers plaza picking up everyone along the way who would like to participate.
The Great Whistler Parade is all about inclusion and allowing people to connect to and explore their creative sides.
