Timeline:

Higher Ground's Create & Paint is available as a Half Day (2.5 hours) event.

Each participant is given a postcard sized sketchbook & painting materials. The instructor will lead the group to a series of painting stops, pausing each time for a 15 min. painting session . The group will experience sharing their art and information about themselves with the group - in a trusting environment. After all, there is no wrong way to paint.

• Learn to slow down, enjoy the moment, get outside in nature.
• Learn ways to incorporate time for yourself into daily life.
• Between painting sessions, the group will walk & talk, learning about important health and wellness facts
• Learn tips on ways to improve interpersonal processes among colleagues.

Course includes all materials, and participants take home their own sketchbook. All participants need are good walking shoes and comfortable clothing.
